40 Modern Studies has been written to familiarise the clarinettist with the various rhythms and phrasings encoutered in modern music.

Each study deals with a particular aspect of rhythmic playing, ranging from Jazz and Rock to modern Classical interpretation. They are of short to moderate length in order to maximise concentration on style.

Many of them are on the grading lists, ranging from grade 1 - 7. The book comes with clarinet part and piano accompaniment and is in very good condition with minor wear and tear. Contents include:
